We Are The Answer

Real truth is not always pretty and often disruptive. What I’ve found for many women my age and older is that we don’t express our truth because we aren’t really sure what our truth IS. We are so accustomed to focusing on everyone else’s experiences that we lose touch with our own desires along the way.

To many of my clients, the idea of “speaking your truth” seems harsh or angry, so they avoid cultivating it. They are confused by modern feminist messaging and want to know how they can be loving, kind, considerate, selfless and also be a strong woman. My answer is that we are only confused because there aren’t enough role models for us. We need to BE the example.

Not only is it possible, it’s the ONLY way to show up in the world if you want to be truly free. And this world of ours is begging for all women to step up with confidence into our softness, our nurturing natures, our resilience, our innate wisdom, our strength.

Whoever you are in your essence--that is what we need you to be. Our world is out of balance and we are the answer.
