Most of us sense that something is standing in the way of greater fulfillment. But we’re unable to envision a path to change. We feel trapped and at the mercy of our past, our current circumstances and our fear.
Good news:  Our brains are working hard to keep us safe and pain free with as little energy as possible. 
 Better news:  We can learn to harness the potential of our brains to do more including improve our emotional and behavioral health. 
When you work with me,  you’ll learn how to discern between the thoughts that are holding you back and those that can help you create positive change. You'll learn tools that will help you to easily create the shift you’re craving and create vibrant, modern emotional health.
Why “modern” emotional health? Our human brains have not caught up with the conditions of our modern world. Our brains are designed to seek comfort, avoid pain, and conserve energy. Thousands of years ago, this helped our species stay alive but these same impulses are now killing us.  There is no secret. If you want to change your life, you have to change. But we have not been taught how our brains work when it comes to our emotions and how they drive our actions. 
My clients are like me—they hate feeling disempowered and want the best information and guidance to help them affect change in their own lives. I teach clients how to become the supervisor of their own brain and use it to serve their life, not live at the mercy of it. It can be done. You just haven’t learned how.
