53. Four Things to Unlearn From Your School Days
Join me in this episode as I discuss the various things that we were trained from a young age to believe that we might still believe today even though they don't serve us. Maybe you have thoughts like, "I'm not good at math" or "Knowing the answer is what makes you smart." However, these are just ideas that became 'truths' because we've thought about them so much.
If we can try on new thoughts, we expand what we're capable of. After all, life rewards curiosity, not having all the answers, and as we question the programming of our youth, we can reshape beliefs that keep us feeling small. Let's shed thoughts holding us back and embrace an expanded view of ourselves.
