48. Create Your Belief Plan

We sometimes feel stuck, like we have goals that we feel we cannot reach, and sometimes, we really need to take a step back and ask ourselves what our beliefs are about our ability to make it happen. Everything stems from what we believe, so if we don’t believe in ourselves, we aren’t going to see the results that we want, and it’s just that - ourselves - in which we need to believe. If you are feeling overwhelmed, train your brain to create belief plans first before making action plans, and this is such a powerful move that will help you change how you view yourself.
