49. Maintaining Good Brain Health: A Conversation with Dr. Melissa Sundermann

You may recall how I talked on the podcast back in January about my trip to a spa resort and what I learned on that trip. Well, on that trip, I met Dr. Melissa Sundermann, and I am so happy to have the opportunity to talk to her on this podcast.

Melissa is a double-board certified physician in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine and has been practicing for over two decades, always adding new elements to her methods over the years. I hope that you listen in as she shares her journey and discusses lifestyle medicine and the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine (plus a bonus unofficial seventh one). She also discusses age-related cognitive decline, honing in especially on Alzheimer’s.

This is such a great, fun conversation, and I am grateful for Melissa’s time and having the chance to catch up with her.
