21. When You’re Stuck in I Don’t Know

Do you know much about the primitive brain (also known as the lizard brain)? I have found that many of my clients don’t fully understand how the primitive brain not only serves them in many ways but also holds them back. It can be so helpful to understand this.

One of the many ways that the primitive brain does its job is by keeping you confused via generating the thought I don’t know, but this thought is an optional thought. Listen in as I talk you through what happens if you let the primitive brain take charge, how to get out of confusion, and more.

Better understanding your primitive brain doesn’t mean that your primitive brain is no longer going to do its thing, but it does mean that it will be easier to resist its impulses which can be so worth the effort.
