23. Powerful End of Year Mini-Meditation

With this podcast episode being published close to the very end of 2022, I want to encourage you to think about the year ahead and how you can decide to make 2023 a year in which you step into a more peaceful version of yourself.

What does it look like to be more peaceful? How do we actually go about achieving that? Listen as I guide you through a mini-meditation that will help you achieve it. Remember that as long as you’re moving toward better, even if it’s just baby steps, you’re doing it right. It’s okay if you find at first that there are things you’re not yet ready to let go of.

I also walk you through a quick recap of what you have already learned on this podcast, reminding you of the Thought Work that I teach. Remember that emotions are vibrations caused by thoughts, but we can control what we think about things that happen, and I hope that this mini-meditation makes space for a more peaceful you going into 2023.
