38. For the Teenagers: Six Ideas to Empower You

Here in Nashville, there have been peaceful protests lately trying to push legislators to place a ban on assault rifles, and most of the people protesting were teenagers. This really got me thinking about positive things that I would like to share with today’s youth, and I narrowed that down to six things, hence today’s episode.

Included in the six ideas I have to offer youth to help empower them are (1) what creates abundance and how abundance is a feeling, (2) how and why negative emotions are normal and not to be feared, (3) what it truly means to be confident, (4) encouragement to pay close attention to your “I am…” statements, (5) reminder of how adaptable you are, and, finally, (6) assertion that it’s okay to not know your path yet.

I really hope that these six ideas are helpful to you and help empower you! Please feel free to reach out to me to let me know! Thank you for caring about our imperfect world, and remember that you are loved.
