15. It’s Not Me I’m Worried About

Today’s episode is dedicated to those of you who worry about others. One of the biggest challenges of being human is wanting to help others who are in pain, especially people who are the closest to our inner orbit.

Listen in as I share four principles of transforming your worry about other people. I remind you of the Thought Work that I teach and what role it plays here. Remember that we can’t control what others think, but we can work to control our own thoughts.

The actions that we take to help others should stem from love rather than fear and anxiety. After all, darkness doesn’t stand a chance when there is light. It’s also important to keep in mind that even though we may want to believe that other people’s pain is not about us, we still should give ourselves permission to be happy.
