16. 8 Principles of Excellent Emotional Health

How can we know whether or not we have excellent emotional health? We often think that not feeling good is a symptom of being emotionally unhealthy, but listen in as I argue that that is a dangerous mindset and explain why.

We need a more realistic view of emotional health so that we can more accurately measure it and improve it, so I share the eight principles of excellent emotional health. Understanding these eight principles and not being afraid to feel unpleasant emotions can really open us up to new possibilities.

I also have exciting news to share. For the first time ever, I am opening up a Friday coaching group. Every Friday at noon, we will be meeting virtually for a group coaching session. One private session with me is $125, but joining my Friday coaching group gets you a month of group sessions for the same price. If this sounds interesting to you, please email me at sheila@sheilatully.com to be put on the waitlist.
